Is there any help available for a 21 year old male who was in a serious car accident and broke his leg and had to have surgery. 10 weeks healing time ahead. He has no health insurance and will not be able to return to his job. He is currently in Charlotte, NC. He will not have money to pay for therapy and medications. Are there any State or Federal programs that could help? He is single with no children. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you in advance. Pat
